Requirements
Applying for Membership to join the ranks of DVC requires seeking Sponsorship from an Established Clan Member who will guide you through the process and ensure that you meet the criteria to become a Clan Associate (New Recruits & Trusted Individuals).
– Two Week Trial Period before Clan Votes on Official Clan Membership
– New Recruits subject to One Month Probation after Obtaining Clan Membership
New Recruits must work alongside their Clan Sponsor as they prove themselves to the rest of the clan which will require a minimum of two weeks interacting with the clan. Once approved, the clan will vote on Clan Associates to become an Official Clan Member.
Clan Members can aspire to take on Clan Roles and earn Ranks within the guilds that they represent. Those who prove worthy can also seek to take on Leadership Roles to assist with the Community Organisation & Clan Administration.
Character Roleplaying relevant to the World Lore is an important way to support Player Driven Gameplay within the World of Pax Dei.
DVC seeks to create an Immersive Experience for its members and the broader community, as such DVC Members are required to adhere to basic Role Play Guidelines, these are relevant to Talking In Character and using *emotes* as required.
Clan Members are not required to engage in RP but should maintain the appropriate interactions with those attempting to do so.
Members on the DVC Discord Server are required to change their Nickname / Server Profile to reflect their Characters Name to assist with Identification & Verification. Using the DVC Discord Server is an important way to stay engaged with clan activities.
Clan Members are required to follow the Plot Allocation Guidelines listed in the Clan Projects section of the DVC Discord Server. This allows for clear management of important plots and planning for various projects that take place on them.
Clan Members have access to a stockpile of Clan Resources along with more broader supplies from the Clan Guildhalls they represent. Members are responsible for ensuring they follow the Warehouse Guidelines to ensure correct stockpile etiquette.
The Darthvord Clan works alongside Clan Sponsored Guilds and seeks to ensure that Clan Members play key roles within these groups, allowing them to earn additional Ranks & Prestige within the clan.
As new Clan Associates join the ranks of DVC they are encouraged to be involved with these clan guilds that offer more tailored types of content to engage with along with Private Guildhalls, Ranks & Permissions.

Clan Guidelines & Policies
Guidelines
The Four Grand Master Paladins serve as the Clan Leaders with guidance and oversight from the Clan Founders & The Grand Master Prophet.
Clan Roles & Guild Leaders are chosen by the Clan Leaders.
In circumstances where the Clan Leaders are unable to reach a decision or in cases such as:
Clause A) Risks a repeat of Armozels Folly
Clause B) Goes against The Will of The Divine Grace
– The Grand Master Prophet shall have the final say.
Registered Clan Members are encouraged to Donate a Plot to The Village if they are in a position to do so, but this is not mandatory.
Village Plots must be shared with the clan and maintained in an active subscription – DVC will seek to find ways to support these ongoing costs through Community Contributions and Clan Lotteries.
Personal Plots can be set to private or clan access and can be located within the village or elsewhere.
Player Housing & Personal Plots are generally located outside of the walls of Darthvord Keep and can be set to Private or Clan.
Player Houses, Community Guilds & Village Shops are able to include lmiited accommodation and storage within the Approved Village Layout.
All Buildings located within the walls of Darthvord Village must be approved by the Master Builder & be included in the Village Layout Plan.
Clan Buildings & Clan Facilities are not to be modified without consent from Clan Leaders or the Master Builder.
New Additions or Changes to the Village Layout can be discussed in the DVC Discord Server – Clan Projects Forum
All DVC Community Members are expected to represent the clan in a positive and mature manner in their interactions with the Broader Community.
The Founding Fathers
The Clan Founders who, working together, established Darthvord Village as a bastion of Strength & Prosperity for all.
Clan Overseers
Clan Overseers are the Official Administrators & Advisors for Darthvord Village, handling many of the day-to-day matters that arise.
Clan Heralds
Clan Heralds handle Diplomacy & Community Noticeboards for the clan and are chosen based on their Loyalty & Dedication.
Clan Generals
Clan Generals are responsible for conducting Military Training Camps and take leadership of any Military Campaigns.
Guild Leaders
Guild Leaders handle the Administration of their respective Guildhalls ensuring members are working towards the greater good of the clan.
The Clan Warehouse, Elders Loft Storage & Guildhall Warehouses are subject to Access Permissions tied to Clan Roles & Guild Ranks.
Clan Members making use of these Communal Storage Facilities need to ensure correct stockpile etiquette.
Clan Requests for Village Jobs, Trade Requests, New Equipment, Materials & Resources etc are handled by the Job Board on the DVC Discord Server.
All New Recruits & Active Clan Members are encouraged to contribute with these Posted Jobs.
Uniforms, Equipment, Food, Clothing & Weapons are made available to everyone thanks to the tireless efforts of the Darthvord Guildhall.
In the event that Clan Members or Clan Associates have cause to resolve Disputes, Disagreements or issues arise with New Recruits on Probation Period. A Clan Review will be started via the DVC Discord Support Tickets.
This will allow for all details to be laid out, discussions to be had and ultimately a decision reached with a transcript generated for all parties involved.
